4. Purchase Price

6. Transaction Fees, Taxes, and Other Costs

Responsibility for escrow fees, registrar fees, transfer fees, taxes, currency conversion costs, banking charges, or other transaction expenses will be determined as part of the final agreement between buyer and seller or according to the rules of the service provider being used.

Nothing published on the Site should be interpreted as establishing responsibility for those costs unless expressly stated.

7. What Is Included in a Sale

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the final transaction terms, the primary asset offered for acquisition is the domain name:

Website designs, graphics, text, logos, branding concepts, source files, social media accounts, trademarks, business entities, software, databases, mailing lists, or other assets are not automatically included merely because they appear on or relate to the Site.

Certain existing landing-page assets may be made available as part of an acquisition if specifically agreed between buyer and seller.

The final transaction agreement will determine exactly what is included.

8. Buyer's Responsibility and Due Diligence

Prospective buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before acquiring selfnav.ai.

This includes evaluating matters such as:
